What is the processing time once I place my order?

All of our products are printed on demand for each customer. Please allow up to 7 business days for production. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. Tracking numbers will be sent to your email address once ready for shipment.  Also, please note if you order multiple items, they may arrive in multiple shipments if dispatched from different locations.

May I receive a replacement if my product is damaged on receipt?

In rare cases, products may become damaged in transit. In the unlikely event, please email pictures to soulfulchews@gmail.com. We will work quickly to make it right.

If you request a refund and your order has already shipped out, you must return the item at your own expense before receiving a refund.

May I cancel my order or make changes?

All cancellations or changes must be emailed to soulfulchews@gmail.com within 4 hours of your purchase. Please review your purchase and shipping address carefully.

No changes can be accepted once it's been processed for production.

Do I need to worry about payment processing?

Not at all. We accept PayPal and credit cards via the strongest financial encryption on the market.
